1. Eligibility

Offers and coupons apply to all PDS customers unless otherwise specified.
Some promotions may be restricted to first-time buyers, returning customers, or selected technology product categories.
PDS reserves the right to verify eligibility before applying any discount.

2. Types of Offers & Coupons

Percentage Discounts – e.g., 10% off selected tech products.
Fixed Amount Discounts – e.g., Ksh 500 off your order.
Free Shipping Coupons – waiver of delivery fees on tech items, subject to conditions.
Bundle or Multi-Buy Offers – discounts when purchasing multiple technology products together.

3. Redemption of Coupons

Enter the coupon code at checkout to redeem.
Only one coupon can be applied per order unless explicitly stated.
Coupons must be applied before payment; discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Validity & Expiry

Coupons and offers are valid only during the promotional period stated.
Expired coupons will not be honored.
PDS reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, in line with Kenyan consumer law.

5. Restrictions

Coupons may exclude certain tech categories, high-value equipment, or services unless stated otherwise.
Some coupons may require a minimum spend threshold (e.g., Free Shipping on orders above Ksh 15,000 within Nairobi).
Coupons cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly allowed.

6. Misuse of Coupons

Fraudulent use, duplication, or unauthorized distribution of coupons is strictly prohibited.
PDS reserves the right to cancel orders and take legal action where abuse is detected.

7. Refunds & Returns on Discounted Orders

Refunds for items purchased with a coupon are based on the amount paid after discount.
Coupons used in a transaction will not be reissued unless the return is due to defective or damaged goods.

8. Special Notes

Coupons and offers are subject to stock availability.
PDS is not liable for expired, lost, or incorrectly entered coupon codes.
Partner promotions (e.g., banks, telcos, or third-party partners) may have additional terms communicated separately.
