Pawatech Digital Systems (PDS) Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Pawatech Digital Systems (“PDS”) handles the processing, dispatch, and delivery of technology products purchased through PDS Shopping. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
- Standard processing time is 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Customers will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with details of their purchase.
2. Delivery Methods
PDS delivers technology products using trusted logistics and courier partners. Available options include:
- Doorstep Delivery within major towns and cities.
- Pick-Up Point Collection from designated outlets or courier offices.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Nairobi & Major Towns: 1–3 business days.
- Other Regions in Kenya: 3–7 business days.
- Remote Areas: Delivery times may be longer depending on courier availability.
Customers will be notified of expected delivery timelines at checkout.
4. Shipping Fees
- Delivery charges are calculated based on location, package size, and courier rates.
- Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and must be paid together with the order.
- Promotions or free shipping offers may apply from time to time.
5. Risk of Loss
- Risk and ownership of products transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered and signed for (where applicable).
- Customers are responsible for inspecting packages upon delivery and reporting any visible damage immediately to the courier and PDS Customer Support.
6. Delays and Unforeseen Events
PDS is not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. Customers will be notified promptly of any delays.
7. Failed Deliveries
- If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to PDS or the courier’s nearest office.
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or redirection.
8. International Shipping
Currently, PDS focuses on deliveries within Kenya. International shipping options may be introduced in the future and will be subject to separate terms.
9. Order Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking number or courier reference to monitor the status of their delivery.
